Nestled in the lush nature of the historic city center of San Bernardino, this staircase rises with over 100 steps. It is decorated with a mosaic of tiles that pays homage to the craftsmanship of the Guarani people who inhabited this place, the valley of Lake Ypacarai. At the top of the viewpoint, in addition to a privileged panoramic view, there is a 12-metre-high statue of Our Lady of Aparecida del Lago, created in 1994 by the artists Roberto Hornung, Mónica Delssin and Patricia Ayala.
