El Paraíso de las Frutillas

The Strawberry paradise in Nueva Alborada, el Paraíso de las Frutillas is a beautiful place between Encarnación and Hohenau.

There is a covered strawberry field at the top of the road, which you can also visit. The friendly owners are happy to show and explain everything.

You can also drive a little further into the grounds. There you will find one or two ponds that are used for fish farming. This area is also open at weekends and there is a restaurant attached. This means you can enjoy freshly caught, home-grown fish on your plate.

Oh yes, you can also take a small paddle boat on the pond or stroll along the Puente del amor 😉
