A lovely little national park for a walk. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed ;( Otherwise everything is OK. Nice people at the reception (rangers) and no entrance fee.
Biggies is just great. There are quite a few of them (at least in the greater Asuncion area) and they are open 24 hours a day. Every day. That's something nice. The French baguettes (from Pan Frances) are delicious and every Tuesday and Thursday they give a 30% discount on all fruit and vegetables.
Very nice people and delicious vegan food in Encarnacion. The owners come up with new creative variations and recipes every day. But the empanadas (different varieties) are always available. They cost 5000 and are very filling. But delicious. They also have freshly squeezed green juices, for example..... is definitely worth a visit.
